Benefits:

Businesses get many benefits which can help them grow and become a strong company within the Oaktree Universe world.

• Financing - When a business is registered they get access to financing only for business use which allows the CEO to pay over a span of up to 6 real life months for a business related item. This ranges from automobiles to land to HQ buildings.

• PowerLock Usage - For the sum of £50,000 a business is permitted to have a Powerlock system installed for their wearhouse which allows for a sercure storing of products within the city. This also comes with the benefit of tresspassing laws and limited access land locking other players from stealing any items.

• Businesses may accept investments within the in-game Stock market for instant money from another player. The other player will then hold a share within the company.

Special Rules:

• A Financial Record is required to be submitted to the Information Exchange centre for logging of transactions made by any and all in-game companies every year on the 1st January.

• Companies must have a physical in-game location within one working day of being founded.

• Companies must not trade online through discord threads without operating in-game server networks. They will be fined for this behaviour.

• Companies also hold assets, Which must be reported to the Oaktree Council either at the time or through financial records submitted each month. These assets can only be used for a single company at one time.

Costs for Businesses':

When setting up a new company within the city, players will have to visit the Oaktree Council and pay the £10,000 creation cost. After paying the cost and agreeing to terms of business operation they will be a registered business within Oaktree City and will have to adhere to the special rules listed above!

Businesses' will need to have a physical HQ which may cost money, Players can transfer property from them to the business.
